Sales Assistant

We fully believe people always come first, which is why our focus is on genuinely caring for both our customers and clients. We are a fast-paced Sales Assistant team, and we take pride in the supportive environment we have developed over the years. Our goal is to continuously inspire each of our Sales Assistants to work with our clients on their new product and service rollouts to be able to identify areas of improvement and increase ROI margins. 
 

We are actively seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The main objective of the Sales Assistant position is to bridge the gap between our clients and consumers through the use of consultative selling techniques and drive sales for the client.

What you’ll be doing as a Sales Assistant: 

  • Building and maintaining lasting relationships with prospective consumers by building a sense of trust and comfort 
  • Developing and utilizing networking opportunities with fellow Sales Assistants to strengthen sales skills further and learn new strategies that could bolster revenue and enhance consumer satisfaction
  • Analyzing sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop a cutting edge against competitors 
  • Managing the complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales or pipeline reports and competitor information
  • Exceeding new partner acquisitions targets, quickly creating new customer accounts, and negotiating contracts that meet their needs
  • Attending sales meetings to stay on top of new strategies, service rollouts, new product launches, sales promotions, service updates, and sales targets
     

Sales Assistant Qualifications:

  • Experience within entry-level sales, customer service, client relations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but the right candidate with equivalent experience will be considered
  • Effective presentation skills and confidence in public speaking 
  • Strong focus on building customer loyalty and a drive to help others
  • Ability to identify opportunities and networking potential
  • Ability to ask probing questions to understand the needs of potential new customers
  • Excellent follow-through and maintaining reliability
  • A high degree of professionalism with a confident, assertive sales style
  • Strong desire to succeed; self-motivated; self-starter
  • Exceptional team player and eager to help others succeed
  • Strong organizational and practical time management skills
