Junior Operations Analyst 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Junior Operations Analyst (JOA) is responsible for analyzing internal processes to assist with improving performance within the organization. The JOA will utilize data to identify proficiencies and areas for improvement, which will inform and support the strategies of the organization. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The duties and activities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies to help improve organizational processes and performance. • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and assist with maintaining and producing best-practice protocols and workflows. • Identify trends and opportunities for organizational growth through analysis of datasets both internally and externally. • Research, collect, and analyze data from primary and secondary sources to support the organization's needs in making informed decisions. • Provide reports, status updates, and actionable insights to include implementation recommendations for senior management, board governance, and external resources/funders. • Develop and maintain databases and dashboards to ensure analytical tools are optimized and working to achieve performance goals and scalability. • Assist with grant research, grant writing, and organizational strategic planning. • Perform other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the organization. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, Power BI, and Zoom Detail–oriented individual with the ability to work independently and with a team. Strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with HubSpot, PandaDoc, and data visualization tools, a plus 

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) (Non-remote) 

Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000/year plus benefits
