4.Customized Technology Development: Covering systems such as CRM/ERP/HRM, industry-specific platforms, and SaaS/API integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source and engage potential candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
2. Conduct first-round interviews with candidates for Business Development Intern roles.
3. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
4. Assist in maintaining candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
5. Support HR team initiatives related to recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Current university student or recent graduate (Human Resources, Business, or related fields preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
4. Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.
5. Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus, but not required.
