As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience in sales support and product management. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop into a future leader while contributing to our global operations.
 

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations in sales and product management teams.
• Participate in a 3-month rotation training program to gain exposure to multiple functions and build cross-departmental skills.
• Learn to analyze market and customer data to support business decision-making.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with teams across the US and internationally

What We’re Looking For

• Graduation: Within the last 3 years (recent graduates or near-graduates).
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US; familiarity with US culture is a plus.
• Language Skills:

▪️Must understand Chinese;

▪️Strong Chinese skills are a plus.

▪️Native English proficiency is a plus.

• Education: Relevant majors preferred (Business, Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Core Competencies:

▪️Strong logical thinking and communication skills; able to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.

▪️Fast learner, ambitious, and highly motivated to grow professionally.

▪️Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience & Interest:

▪️No prior industry experience required; a strong interest in overseas sales and product management is essential.

▪️Short-term work or internship experience, especially in startups, is a plus.
