Sales and Marketing Representative

Now Hiring: Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative
Location: In-Person – Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000–70,000 USD per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)

We directly represent our national clients for their in-store campaigns to help personalize the relationship between client and consumer, while assisting in launching product campaigns, and promoting client brands in Denver and surrounding markets. Using our concept of working face-to-face with the customer base, our Sales and Marketing Representative will represent and market products daily.

The next Sales and Marketing Representative will work with our sales and marketing team to learn each aspect of our company. On our entry-level, we train heavily on customer service, sales & marketing strategies, and business skills to hit and surpass weekly sales goals. As a goal-oriented company, this position is perfect for someone looking to jump-start their career in business, marketing, and sales.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate in daily team strategy sessions
  • Engage directly with customers in retail environments
  • Build rapport and help customers find the right solutions
  • Support client campaigns through direct sales and outreach
  • Represent our clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or related experience
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus — but we’ll train the right candidate

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All sales development representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
