In-House Marketer

In-House Marketer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.
  • Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis for in house marketing and mobile marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM technology and Google Office Suite a plus
  • Assist with in house marketing responsibilities for mobile division and uphold all KPI’s (2-3 mobile closes per month, 8 clinic closes per month, 35 interactions per day)
  • Uphold all marketing related SOP’s
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing or sales role (preferred)
  • Experience in outbound cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.
  • Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the industry.
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, techniques and best practices
