Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: In-Office (Richardson, TX)

Compensation: $38,000 - $40,000/yr + benefits (full time)

Bonuses: Quarterly & Annual bonuses based on team performance

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, personable, and creative Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Directors and help drive smooth, professional interactions with high-value customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations—perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and making things look good.

You’ll be a key internal organizer, customer-facing communicator, and marketing coordinator, helping our sales team stay efficient, polished, and focused on closing deals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Organize and maintain customer, deal, and inventory data in our CRM/database
  • Coordinate calendars and set meetings for Sales Directors with new and existing clients
  • Act as a professional, friendly point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Send coordinated stock offers and marketing materials to clients and prospects
  • Create clean, professional sales and marketing content (email campaigns, stock sheets, basic visuals, etc.)
  • Support marketing efforts by ensuring messaging, formatting, and branding look polished and consistent
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation, outreach, and organization
  • Help manage internal workflows to keep Sales Directors organized and on track
  • Potentially assist with creating sales orders, documentation, and shipping labels
  • Support customer follow-ups and ensure excellent communication throughout the sales process

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with CRM systems, databases, or sales/admin tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A great phone presence—professional, friendly, and confident speaking with high-value customers
  • Creative eye for marketing: understands what looks clean, modern, and effective
  • Comfortable coordinating between sales and marketing functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and excited to use AI tools to work smarter
  • Reliable, professional, and kind—someone people enjoy working with

  • Experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or marketing coordination
  • Familiarity with inventory-based sales or stock-driven outreach
  • Experience creating basic marketing assets or email campaigns
