Data Integrity Specialist

The Data Integrity Specialist ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data across Stucchi’s systems. This role manages data audits, mapping, and maintenance, while supporting software upgrades and dashboard development. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data management with strong project coordination skills and a commitment to data governance best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform audits on key data elements to ensure integrity and compliance with established standards.
• Monitor inbound data for new elements and maintain accurate mapping documentation.
• Implement data maintenance activities and develop repository standards and SOPs.
• Assist with troubleshooting data issues in daily operational systems.
• Manage projects related to software updates, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Conduct test plans for validation of data mapping and system changes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Accounting) to ensure data accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MAS100 or similar).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Project management experience in software implementation and upgrades preferred.
• Certifications such as CDMP or similar are a plus.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
On-site with potential for hybrid flexibility (based on business needs).
