Supply Chain Intern

The Supply Chain Associate Intern will support FlexGen’s supply chain operations, gaining hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector. Intern will work closely with various teams to help optimize supply chain processes, with a focus on the renewable energy and energy storage sectors. They will receive mentorship from industry professionals and contribute to projects that help advance FlexGen's mission to deliver sustainable power solutions worldwide. 

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Process new vendor registration and non disclosure agreements.  
• Assist Supply Chain team with sourcing and vendor communication.  
• Coordinate with internal teams to address supply chain needs and resolve issues. 
• Analyze supply chain data and help optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. 
• Provide administrative support for the supply chain department, including organizing documents and preparing reports. 

Position Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Interest in renewable energy and energy storage industries is a plus.
