Solid-State Research Scientist
Position Title: Solid-State Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist （CRO Business Unit）
Location: Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, China
Language: Chinese and English
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out experimental work for polymorph screening, crystallization development, qualitative and quantitative polymorph study of solid form, and pre-formulation research.
- Proficiently utilize various solid-state characterization instruments (e.g., XRPD, DSC, TGA, DVS, PLM) to characterize and analyze samples.
- Independently complete data analysis and prepare clear and accurate project progress updates, research reports, and technical documents.
- Engage in client communication, accurately understand project requirements, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct literature research in related fields, explore new methods and instruments in line with project needs, and enhance research efficiency and technical capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Education and Major
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree, overseas study or research experience is preferred.
- Strong academic background in chemistry, pharmacy, materials science, physics, or other related science and engineering disciplines, with excellent academic performance.
- Research Potential and Learning Ability
- Strong willingness to learn and research interest, with a commitment to long-term development in the field of solid-state drug development.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills, capable of independently designing and implementing experimental plans, and optimizing based on results.
- Demonstrates strong self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Project Collaboration and Communication
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of preparing high-quality project reports.
- Proficient in English communication, capable of clear and accurate technical exchanges with international clients via email, meetings, etc.
