Summary:
The primary duty of the Classroom Support Technician is to provide multimedia support to faculty, staff, and all others authorized to use instructional technology in the use of both circulating and permanently installed audio-visual equipment. The Classroom Support Technician also assists the Campus Technology Support Student Supervisors in maintaining the Classroom Services office and campus storage rooms.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:
- Sets up, operates, and troubleshoots classroom multimedia technology
- Delivers, sets up, secures, operates, and retrieves circulating audio-visual equipment
- Maintains order and security of storage rooms
- Answers phone calls/responds to walk up requests
- Uses specific software applications as required
- Cleaning and maintenance of the office and instructional equipment
- Escalates issues to Supervisors as needed

- Approximate hours per week: at least 10
- Part-Time, Temporary
- Primarily weekdays, optional weekend work is rare
- Hours of operation vary by semester
