Location: Jersey City / New York City (HQ)

Satellite Office: Chicago

Travel: Global, with concentration in NYC, Chicago, and U.S.

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a polished, personable, and intellectually agile Client Engagement Associate to join our front-line marketing team. This is a client-facing role supporting high-level outreach to some of the world’s largest institutional asset managers, proprietary trading firms, and other large market participants. 

 

You will accompany senior executives on strategic institutional meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences — serving as a brand ambassador and communications liaison. This role is ideal for someone who understands the language of trading and derivatives, and thrives in the art of engagement, storytelling, and institutional understanding.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the firm in client-facing meetings, presentations, and outreach efforts
  • Explain our novel product designs in a clear and concise manner
  • Support institutional relationship-building across a myriad of market participants at various institutional firms including: asset management, pension funds, insurance companies, institutional hedgers, futures commission merchants, investment banks, options specialists, and market-making communities
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, talking points, and strategic messaging for executive meetings
  • Participate in roadshows, conferences, and global travel as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and brand alignment in all external interactions
  • Uphold a sophisticated and polished demeanor in all client interactions
  • Serve as a communications bridge between internal technical teams/upper management and institutional clients

🎓 Qualifications

Essential Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field
  • A masters, minor, or dual major in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology or similar discipline
  • Related work experience will be considered

YOU MUST HAVE THE SKILLS/EDUCATION ABOVE TO BE CONSIDERED

 

Helpful Skills/Education

  • Personable, engaging, poised, polished, impeccably dressed, and articulate
  • Additional exposure to Markets, Trading, Commodities, Futures, Options, and Derivatives a plus
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in finance, trading, investor relations, or institutional marketing a plus
  • Exceptional presentation skills, executive presence, and public speaking ability
  • Experience or aptitude in institutional outreach, stakeholder engagement, and brand representation
