CHESAPEAKE CONSERVATION AND CLIMATE CORPS MEMBER
B&D Environmental Consulting (B&D) is reaching out on behalf of the Chesapeake Bay Trust (the Trust), a nonprofit grant-making organization dedicated to improving the bay, streams, rivers, forests, parks, and other natural resources of our local systems, to recruit young professionals (18-25 years old) to receive free assistance to apply for the Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps Program 2026-2027.
Chesapeake Conservation and Climate Corps Program. This wonderful initiative places young adults (ages 18-25) with nonprofit organizations or government agencies for a full-time, one-year term of stipend-supported service in the environmental fields (environmental restoration, community engagement, environmental education, climate change, sustainable agriculture, energy conservation, and forestry). Members (interns) will receive a stipend-support year of service of $33,280 from August 18, 2026, to August 17, 2027, $6,000 completion award, among other benefits!
Moreover, those accepted into these programs may receive other benefits such as health insurance, trainings in topics including leadership, professional development (i.e. giving and receiving feedback, resume development, interview skills, etc.), financial literacy, and more!
