Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on operational role supporting ThirdHome's day-to-day marketing activities. This position serves as the organizational backbone of the marketing department, managing both digital and physical marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the coordinator handles content updates, social media execution, material logistics, and administrative support to keep marketing operations running smoothly and on schedule. The role balances creative tasks like social content creation with operational responsibilities such as asset management and routine maintenance, requiring someone who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Content Creation, Management, and Support

  • Maintain web pages, ie Meet the Team, Press, Press page, Blog posts, etc
  • Assist with routine website updates
  • Pull and curate photos and media assets for various pages and campaigns.
  • Organic social media posts
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Create graphics, captions, and social posts for multiple platforms.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments, and support interaction.
  • Track social media trends, emerging content formats, and platform updates to inform the editorial calendar.
  • Monitor Facebook group, TrustPilot, etc.

 

Marketing Materials Management

  • Coordinate shipping and distribution of materials
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets.

 

General Marketing Support

  • Fulfill PR pitch requests
  • Assist with emails
  • Assist with one-off projects and campaign needs as they arise.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to maintain smooth marketing operations.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality brand presentation.
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their native content formats, best practices, and engagement strategies.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive interest in staying current with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging social media formats, with ability to translate trends into actionable content ideas.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) for website updates
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing editorial calendars or project management tools
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with team members
