We build scalable systems that connect athletes, brands, fans, and institutions through media, data, and technology.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to how revenue systems are designed, measured, and scaled in a real operating company.

The Revenue Operations Intern (RevOps) supports the systems and processes that drive revenue across Sales, Marketing, Sponsorships, NIL programs, Publishing, and Digital Platforms. This role focuses on pipeline management, CRM systems, reporting, automation, and cross-department alignment.

This is an operations and analytics role, not a direct sales position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing and organizing sales, sponsorship, and partnership pipelines in the CRM

Support revenue reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

Help document and improve revenue workflows and operational processes

Assist with CRM automation, follow-up sequencing, and data cleanup

Analyze revenue performance data and help identify trends or gaps

Support cross-department coordination between Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Operations

Help maintain standardized documentation for revenue systems and processes

Required Availability

Interns must be available for core team meetings:

Monday at 9:00 AM MST

Wednesday at 10:00 AM MST

Friday at 8:00 AM MST

SkillBridge participants also meet:

Thursday at 9:00 AM MST

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and digital tools

Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows

Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Interest in sports, media, technology, or SaaS environments

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Experience with CRM platforms (any system)

Basic understanding of sales pipelines or marketing funnels

Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, or analytics

Interest in operations, revenue strategy, or business systems

Minimum Commitment: 90 days
