We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Market Operation Manager to help expand our homeowner network in the Greater Los Angeles area, strengthen our brand presence, and support local operational growth. This role begins as a part-time, 3-month position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to source and onboard homeowners in the LA market.
  • Support sales activities and help drive lead conversion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day local operations, including:
    • Conducting regular property visits
    • Supporting property onboarding and initial setup
    • Coordinating repairs and damage resolutions
    • Sourcing, vetting, and managing local vendors
  • Act as the on-the-ground representative for Yirental in the Los Angeles area.
  • Represent the Yirental brand professionally in both online and offline communications.
  • Help organize and attend local networking events, property tours, and other community engagements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with short-term rentals, real estate, or hospitality industries (a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
