Accounting Assistant
Medical Office in downtown Manhattan needs full timeor part time accounting assistants (in person) for:
1. Responsible for entering and reconciling monthly Banking statements and bookkeeping.
2. Account payable: organize invoices and verify billing amount, print checks and send payments.
3. Billing for Medical Insurance. Will train.
4. Create Excel reports for office administration/operations. Will train.
1+year office/accounting experience is plus. Good working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Words, Excel and Windows. Detail oriented and team player. Excellent pay and benefits.
