Operations Coordinator
Operations & Project Coordinator
(Entry-Level / New Grad Friendly)
About the role
We’re a fast-growing, hands-on company building a connected reality arcade game app, where people can control real claw machines, arcade games and more from their phone. We have over 500,000 downloads on iOS and Google Play.
Things move quickly, systems are evolving, and a lot of what exists today needs structure.
This role is for someone early in their career who wants to help turn ideas into reality, build real systems from scratch, and take ownership as they grow. You won’t be handed a perfectly organized playbook, you’ll help create it.
If you like organizing chaos, improving how things work, and being trusted with real responsibility, this role is a great fit.
What you’ll do
Turn vision into reality
Learn where the company is going and help define how we get there in a practical, organized way
Help translate ideas into clear plans, timelines, and next steps
Build and refine systems
You’ll help create and improve repeatable processes for:
- Onboarding and training staff
- Adding new games or machines
- Repair and maintenance workflows
- Preventive maintenance and quality checks
- Prize management and inventory flow
- Daily operations and routines
Support operations
- Help support staff with clearer workflows and expectations
- Rewrite or improve existing processes so everyone operates consistently
- Spot issues before they become bigger problems
Improve customer experience
- Look for friction in gameplay, support, and communication
- Help make things smoother, clearer, and more reliable for players
Develop internal documentation
- Training manuals
- Step-by-step guides
- Checklists
- Simple performance or review documents
Design + light editing
- Create or update simple visuals and graphics
- Help with flyers, banners, cabinet graphics, or internal materials
- Keep branding and communication consistent (no advanced design skills required)
Own decisions (with support)
As you grow into the role, you’ll be trusted to help make real decisions, and learn how to weigh tradeoffs and take responsibility for outcomes
This role is ideal for:
- Current students or recent graduates
- Someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience
- Someone who likes structure, organization, and improving systems
- Someone comfortable learning as they go
You do not need:
10 years of experience, a formal “project manager” background or to know everything on day one
We care more about:
- Attention to detail
- Communication
- Willingness to learn
- Taking ownership
What you’ll gain
- Real-world experience building systems that actually get used
- Exposure to operations, project management, customer experience, and design
- Mentorship and room to grow into a larger role
- A position where your work directly impacts the company
