Youth Sports Outreach Instructor (Part-Time) Dallas United Crew – Dallas, TX Hours: ~15 hours/week 

Schedule: Flexible; includes school-day clubs and after-school programming (approximately 2:30–4:00 pm) 

Pay: Competitive; dependent on experience 

Summary: Dallas United Crew is seeking a part-time Youth Sports Outreach Instructor who is passionate about youth sports and expanding access to athletic opportunities. This role delivers inclusive, introductory sports programming through school-based clubs and after-school sessions. Training is provided.

 Responsibilities: - Lead and support youth sports club sessions - Create a positive, inclusive environment for students - Serve as a positive role model and representative of Dallas United Crew - Assist with basic equipment setup and attendance tracking 

Qualifications: - Passion for youth sports, youth development, and access to opportunity - Comfortable working with middle- or high-school students - Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented - Prior youth or coaching experience a plus (not required.) No rowing experience necessary this is an indoor fitness class.
