The Role:
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead Specialist in Raleigh to help generate high-quality leads and support our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, contributing creative ideas, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No two days are the same!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with potential clients to generate qualified leads
- Assist with marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness
- Track and report leads, appointments, and results
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to meet performance goals
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service, marketing, or related experience preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, or retail experience is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Personal mobile phone
- Availability to work Saturdays
