Social Media Manager
We are looking for an experienced social media manager to take full ownership of our marketing and social media strategy. This is a hands-on role for a generalist who can handle the entire marketing lifecycle, from content creation and video editing to SEO and analytics.
You will be responsible for launching and growing our presence on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week onsite for strategy and content planning sessions. The position is part-time (20 per week) with negotiable compensation and flexibility.

Responsibilities
Establish and manage company accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create high-quality content independently, including filming, editing, and copywriting
Produce short-form vertical video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and static posts
Implement SEO strategies for video titles, descriptions, and website content to improve organic reach
Develop a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
Engage with the audience by monitoring and responding to comments and messages
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and improve engagement
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts across multiple platforms
Proficiency in video editing software
Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as a contractor
Must have necessary equipment for content creation and editing (camera/phone, laptop)
Located within commuting distance to attend weekly onsite strategy meetings
Location Hybrid: Remote work with one required day per week onsite at our office.
