Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a growth marketer for our suite of small business apps. The ideal person is hungry, scrappy, and relentlessly focused on what actually moves the needle for the business. This person will run growth experiments across channels (*except for paid social*), come in with ideas, execute them quickly, measure results, and double down on what works. This is a contract to full-time role for someone who loves testing, shipping, and learning fast.

**What You’ll Do**
*  Own growth experiments end-to-end—from idea → execution → measurement → iteration.
*  Rapidly test messaging, positioning, and distribution—killing things quickly when they don’t work.
*  Build and launch lead magnets, landing pages, and micro-products to test new audiences and use cases.
*  Use AI tools to move faster: ideation, content creation, analysis, and automation.
*  Build lightweight systems to track what’s working and where to double down.
*  Partner closely with the founders to prioritize the highest-ROI opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**
* 1–5 years in growth, marketing, or a highly execution-oriented role (agency or in-house).
* Not a perfectinist; comfortable shipping imperfect things quickly.
* Goal-minded and HIGHLY practical: obsessed with outcomes, not creating work.
* Ability to both come up with ideas and execute them yourself.
* Data-literate, but not precious—uses metrics to make decisions, not over-analyze.
* Hungry, curious, and excited to take real ownership.
* Bonus (not required):
* Experience in B2C, SMBs, or home services / construction.
* Experience working in fast-moving startups with limited resources.
