· Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft 365/Windows OS; familiarity with SketchUp/Enscape, ArcGIS/Pro, and Bluebeam is a plus.
· Mindset: Curious problem-solver who can frame challenges, develop multiple viable design options, collaborate, and shows desire to excel.
· Teamwork & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, efficient time management, and the ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams while juggling multiple tasks.
