Photography Intern

Overview

ESCOL Network, Inc is a music and entertainment company focused on the Latin Christian Music Industry. We offer a wide range of artist and label services, including talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing.

The Photography Intern will support the creative team in capturing, editing, and organizing visual content across events, campaigns, and digital platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in professional photography workflows while contributing to real-world creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing photo shoots
  • Capture high-quality images for marketing, social media, events, and promotional use
  • Support post-production editing, retouching, and file organization
  • Maintain and organize digital photo archives
  • Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams on visual concepts
  • Attend events, music video productions, sessions, or shoots as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a photography, media, design, or related program
  • Basic knowledge of photography techniques (lighting, composition, exposure)
  • Familiarity with cameras and equipment
  • Experience with editing software (Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop)
  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Skills

  • Experience shooting live events or portraits
  • Understanding of social media content standards and formats
  • Basic knowledge of video or behind-the-scenes capture
  • Interest in music or entertainment photography
