Role overview: We’re looking for an organized, results-driven intern to help us build a scalable operations model. This role focuses on documenting, streamlining, and systemizing everything behind the scenes, including order packing SOPs, inventory/manufacuring processes, and forecasting models.
Responsibilities:
- Audit our current fulfillment workflow and suggest optimizations.
- Build step-by-step checklists and SOPs for order fulfillment, inventory management, restocking, and general logistics.
- Track inventory levels and identify reorder points; create and maintain an inventory dashboard.
- Create templates for communicating with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.
- Assist in shipment tracking, packaging flow, and resolving fulfillment-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong operational thinking; experience with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with excellent time management.
- Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness preferred.
