About Limekiln Real Estate

Limekiln Real Estate is a New York–based mortgage lender specializing in floating and fixed-rate multifamily loans across the United States. Our platform is growing quickly, and we pride ourselves on combining institutional-quality underwriting with the agility of a start-up. We work closely with sponsors, brokers, and capital markets partners to deliver flexible financing solutions for multifamily real estate assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated summer interns (rising college juniors or seniors) to support the firm’s loan processing and underwriting functions. Interns will work closely with the underwriting team on live transactions, pipeline management, and borrower/sponsor diligence. In addition, interns may assist with ad-hoc projects for other business units, including capital markets and corporate initiatives.

This role is ideal for students with strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and genuine interest in commercial real estate credit.

Interns will report directly to Andrew Marra, Chief Operating Officer.
