Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, values a creative therapy approach, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide play-based, client-centered therapy for children ages 0–18 with sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
  • Document sessions, progress, and plans of care in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers, offering education, strategies, and home programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, physicians, and other providers as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and sensory-rich treatment space.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active Florida OT license or eligibility.
  • Strong interest or experience in pediatrics and sensory integration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience with sensory integration, early intervention, or school-aged populations.
  • Certifications or trainings with SI, primitive reflexes, DIR/Floortime, Handwriting Without Tears, or SOS.
