Location: Remote + Occasional Shoots (DMV / DC / Baltimore / NYC)
Compensation: 8% commission on content-driven sales + flat rate for campaign shoots

 

About the Brand:

Jazmine Kionna is a Black woman–founded luxury footwear brand blending science and fashion with patented comfort technology. We create heels that look bold and feel incredible. Our style is modern, colorful, editorial, and inspired by brands like Jacquemus and Amina Muaddi.

We’re looking for a creative intern to help bring our visual world to life.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Shoot photo + video content for social media
  • Capture simple lifestyle, product, and founder videos
  • Edit high-quality Reels and TikToks
  • Assist on small shoots and help brainstorm creative ideas
  • Create content that feels modern, luxury, and editorial

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury branding
  • Experience shooting photo or video (camera or iPhone)
  • Basic to intermediate editing skills
  • Good communication + ability to take direction
  • A portfolio that shows your eye and style (Instagram/TikTok is fine)

Compensation

Everyday Social Content
You’ll earn 8% commission on net revenue generated from the content you create and post for social media.
This includes things like:

  • Reels
  • TikToks
  • Product shots
  • Founder videos
  • Behind-the-scenes
  • Simple indoor/outdoor shoots

Campaign Shoots (Paid Separately)
Bigger, more produced shoots — like launch campaigns or multi-model shoots — are paid at a flat rate between:

$250 – $1,000 per campaign

  • (Depending on complexity, experience level, and deliverables.)
  • This will always be discussed and agreed upon before starting a campaign.
  • Ownership (Simple + Friendly)
  • Content created for the brand stays with the brand.
    You can use approved pieces in your portfolio.
    We just ask that no unreleased content is shared before launch.
  • Keeping it simple and clear.
