Beauty & Wellness Retail Sales Advisor – (Part-Time)
Lotus Flower Om is a founder-led skincare and wellness brand specializing in Aromasomatic Skincare™. We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who thrives in calm, boutique environments and wants hands-on experience contributing to a real small business—not just completing tasks.
This isn't high-volume retail. Our Midtown boutique attracts intentional customers seeking elevated skincare experiences. You'll have autonomy during quieter periods to work on projects like content creation, visual merchandising, workshop planning, or brand strategy.
The Role:
Your foundation is customer service, sales, and store operations—but you'll contribute beyond transactions based on your skills and initiative.
Depending on your background, you might:
- Own visual merchandising and in-store displays
- Create social media content and marketing materials
- Plan and facilitate workshops
- Build customer education resources
- Track sales data and optimize inventory
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or relevant work experience
✅ Proven reliability—consistent work history with strong references
✅ Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
✅ Self-starter who can stay productive during slower periods
✅ Available for weekend and evening shifts
✅ Seeking a long-term position (minimum 6-month commitment)
✅ Atlanta-based (Midtown location—no remote option)

Compensation:
- $9/hour + 15% commission on Lotus Flower Om product sales
- Part-time: 15-20 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling around classes, but weekend/evening availability required
