About Us
We are a boutique advisory firm serving high-achieving founders, executives, and families. We help clients make complex decisions across strategy, finance, tax, and wealth planning. Our work is high-touch, detail-oriented, and client-facing—our materials must reflect that.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a sharp, design-minded student to help convert written client proposals into clean, compelling, professional slide decks. The best candidate is both structured and creative: you can understand the story, pull out the most important points, and present them in a crisp, visually polished format.
This is a great role for someone interested in consulting, finance, strategy, communications, or design—and who wants real-world experience producing executive-grade materials.
What You’ll Do
Convert written proposals, notes, or outlines into client-ready decks (Google Slides or Canva).
Create clear narrative flow: problem → insight → solution → scope → value.
Simplify complex ideas into sharp headlines, charts, and diagrams.
Apply and maintain brand templates, typography, and visual standards.
Improve structure, clarity, and messaging while preserving the original intent.
Occasionally create or refine charts, tables, timelines, and process visuals.
Manage light iteration cycles based on feedback.
What “Great” Looks Like
You can take a 3–10 page written proposal and turn it into a 10–18 slide deck that feels crisp, confident, and boardroom-ready.
You have strong judgment about what to cut, what to highlight, and what belongs in an appendix.
Your decks reduce friction in a sales conversation and help the presenter tell the story effortlessly.
Qualifications
Required:
Strong Design background and Canva or Google Slides skills.
Great writing instincts and attention to detail.
Ability to synthesize and structure messy or dense material.
Reliable, responsive, and able to hit quick turnarounds.
Preferred:
Experience with consulting-style decks, finance presentations, or pitch material.
Basic comfort with charts and light quantitative storytelling.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe (nice to have, not required).
Interest in strategy, finance, wealth management, or business advisory.
Time & Workflow
Typically 2–3 decks per month depending on scope.
Projects may require short turnaround windows (e.g., 2–3 business days).
You’ll receive written proposals + a template + guidance on the intended narrative.
How to Apply
Please submit:
A resume.
A short note about your interest.
A portfolio or 1–3 sample slides/decks (class projects are totally fine).
If you don’t have samples, you can share a brief before/after of something you redesigned.
Skills Test
Short skills task (finalists): We may ask you to convert a 1-page excerpt into 3–5 sample slides to assess narrative structure and design polish.
