Job description:

Looking for a sharp and energetic person to assist with various responsibilities. We are a smaller office (5-7 people) and we are low stress and we provide a very nice workplace. Our firm provides legal/consulting services to large companies in various industries. The person applying will benefit from being proficient with the following qualities:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle high work volume efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Office management

Responsibilities for this position may include any of the following:

  • Researching construction projects
  • Prepare and process documents
  • Maintain internal and external communications including phone and e-mail
  • Scan, copy, and organize printed materials efficiently
  • Filing
