Role Overview
Eventnoire is seeking a driven and creative Sales and Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This role combines social media management, email marketing, sales support, and customer engagement with unique opportunities to work directly in the entertainment industry alongside artists, festival organizers, promoters, and community leaders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, adaptability, and initiative—someone who's eager to learn, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment. With company growth, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Create and post engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and substack to drive brand awareness and showcase Eventnoire's impact on the events community
- Develop a consistent brand voice that resonates with event organizers, artists, and attendees while highlighting successful events and community partnerships
- Capture and create content at live events, festivals, and community gatherings to showcase the Eventnoire experience
Email Marketing:
- Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using Mailchimp,GoHighLevel and/or Constant Contact to engage event hosts, promote platform features, and drive ticket sales
- Segment email lists by event type and audience to optimize outreach and campaign performance
Sales Support:
- Identify and reach out to potential event hosts, community organizations, and promoters, particularly through professional platforms like LinkedIn that generate over 100k in revenue and/or produce 10 or more ticketed events per year
- Support sales initiatives by creating promotional materials, pitch decks, and tracking leads through the sales pipeline via GoHighLevel
- Attend networking events and connect with Atlanta's entertainment and event community
Customer Experience:
- Engage with event hosts and attendees across social media platforms, responding to inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner
- Foster community engagement by highlighting successful events and building relationships with repeat event organizers
- Gather feedback from users to improve the platform experience
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records of social media metrics, sales leads, and campaign performance
- Assist with scheduling posts, coordinating campaigns, event attendance, and other ad-hoc administrative duties
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active presence and proficiency in TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for content creation and audience engagement
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content, such as reels or TikTok videos
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Constant Contact/GHL preferred)
- Strong communication skills – ability to confidently interact with brands, promoters, and community organizers
- Adaptability – comfortable pivoting between tasks and thriving in the dynamic entertainment industry environment
- Initiative and self-starter mentality – takes ownership of projects and proactively identifies opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills for managing sales leads, social media schedules, and event coordination
- Passion for entertainment, live events, and community building
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with some in-person requirements at Atlanta Tech Village and local events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design or video editing
- Previous experience in the entertainment, events, or hospitality industry
- Existing network within Atlanta's event or entertainment community
- Photography or videography skills for capturing live event content
Compensation & Benefits
This internship is eligible for college credit and offers competitive compensation. Although unpaid during the spring/internship period (0-3 months). Interns will gain invaluable hands-on experience working directly with artists, festivals, local events, promoters, and industry movers and shakers. Successful interns will have the opportunity to join the team on a part-time of full-time basis.
