Administrative Assistant

Role Description

This is a part time role for an Administrative Assistant at Mok Accountancy Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the team by assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, answering phone calls with excellent etiquette, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. This is an on-site role located in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the accounting or finance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required
