Design Assistant / Intern (Fairfield Area)

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Design Assistant/Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for students or early-career designers looking to gain hands-on experience in interior design.

What You Will Bring

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design
  • Training in CAD and/or SketchUp
  • A solid foundation in design principles
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn

What You’ll Do

  • Work approximately 20 hours per week
  • Assist with floor plans and project documentation
  • Prepare client binders and organize materials
  • Sort fabrics, samples, and finish materials
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain project records
  • Run errands and support the design team as needed
