Full-Stack Engineer

What You’ll Do:
● Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Tailwind, and ShadCN
● Develop scalable backend services (Rust experience is not required, but backend
experience is a must)
● Integrate MongoDB and Redis for reliable, scalable data management
● Implement PubSub patterns for effective communication between system components
● Collaborate closely with a small, agile team to rapidly deliver high-quality features
● Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and continuously improve our stack and
processes
What We’re Looking For:
● Technical Proficiency: Experience in full-stack development. Familiarity with Rust is a
plus, but proven backend skills in any language are essential.
● Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and deliver robust,
efficient solutions
● Adaptability: Comfortable picking up new tools, languages, and technologies as our
product evolves.
● Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative
approach to building software
