Client Care Representative

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and welcoming Customer Service Assistants to help create a great

experience for guests visiting our jewelry showroom. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys

interacting with people and wants hands-on experience in a professional, customer-focused

environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and make them feel welcomed

• Offer refreshments (champagne or water) and guide guests to their seating

• Support our team during customer appointments in a smooth, seamless manner

• Help maintain an inviting and well-presented showroom environment

• Assist staff by preparing items or bringing over what’s needed for the appointment

• Refresh seating and guest areas between appointments

• Provide basic customer assistance and hospitality as directed

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and approachable personality

• Professional and clean appearance

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work at least one of the following days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

• No prior experience required — full training provided
