Dock Representative

As a Dock Representative you will work on the docks in downtown Juneau as a coordinator between cruise ship sales staff and TEMSCO base. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-     Greet and assist cruise ship guests in a professional and engaging manner

-     Maintain strict timelines for tour operations

-     Facilitate collection of cruise ship guests and all necessary guest information

-     Effectively communicate with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity 

-     Organize and complete daily paperwork fully and accurately

To be a successful TEMSCO Dock Representative applicants should be:

-     Organized

-     A clear communicator

-     Customer service oriented

-     A proactive problem solver

-     Able to work independently 

Wage dependent on experience; position includes overtime pay, and end of season bonus. Flexible start and end dates. FAA required pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana).
