Human Resource Consultant II

- Provides consultative services to administration and department management concerning hiring and classification needs
- Develops and posts job announcements, screens applicants for minimum qualifications, and creates and validates candidate assessments

Information Specific to this Position:
This position is located at 25 West 4th Street, Annex Building. You will work a flexible (core hours are 8:00 to 4:30) hybrid schedule which requires designated days in the office, with Wednesday being a mandatory office day.

Position Requirements
Six years of experience in Human Resources.
Note:
- An Associate’s Degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree can be substituted for four years of experience.
- A Master's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations can be substituted for an additional two years of experience.
