Software Development Manager: Job located in Richmond, VA or remote; Lead the development and implementation of our enterprise resource planning system, client and supplier portals and web design initiatives.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incl business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Requires BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 5 yrs of exp. in lieu of BS + 5, employer will accept MS + 2 yrs of experience.   Experience must include ERP’s with manufacturing execution system; Travel 20% within USA.
