Now hiring RN Supervisor - Evening Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) Monday through Friday.

Are you a dedicated, professional RN ready to take the next step in your career? Abigail House is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team on the evening shift. About the Role:

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee and support a team of nurses and CNAs, ensuring delivery of exceptional care and smooth operations throughout your shift. You'll utilize your critical thinking skills, strong communication, and leadership abilities to guide staff, promote inclusivity, and foster a culture of excellence and respect. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on our evening ( 3:00pm-11:30pm) shift.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Current NJ RN license (in good standing)
  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience required
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare and strong documentation skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities
