Business Analyst (Chinese Language Skills Required)

About Us:

AI Technology, Inc. (AIT) is a recognized innovator in advanced adhesives, coatings, and thermal interface materials for the semiconductor and electronics-packaging industries. With manufacturing centers in the United States and a rapidly growing footprint in Asia, we are committed to operational excellence, technical leadership, and sustainable growth on a global scale.

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the President, the Business Analyst will be the primary interface between AIT’s U.S. leadership and its Chinese operations. You will drive cross-border strategic initiatives—including mergers & acquisitions, green-field expansions, supply-chain optimization, and go-to-market programs—while acting as a cultural and operational bridge between teams. The role demands strong business analytics, native-level Chinese fluency, and the flexibility to travel to our plants, partners, and customers in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to China operations, aligning KPIs, budgets, and reporting while translating objectives fluently between Mandarin and English.
  • Lead M&A and green-field expansion projects in Greater China, building bilingual financial models, coordinating due diligence, negotiating terms, and executing post-deal integrations.
  • Conduct market and competitive intelligence on China’s semiconductor and electronics-packaging sectors, advising on product positioning, channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional, cross-time-zone projects by creating charters, timelines, dashboards, and delivering bilingual executive and board presentations.
  • Represent AIT in Mandarin-language negotiations and presentations with customers, suppliers, and government agencies, and coordinate trade shows, technical seminars, and joint-development workshops.
  • Drive operational excellence by benchmarking U.S. and China manufacturing metrics, synchronizing EHS, quality, and cost-control standards, and identifying Lean/6σ and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare concise reports, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations for the President and board while monitoring macroeconomic, regulatory, and supply-chain risks affecting China strategy.
  • Commit to up to 50 % international and domestic travel, including multi-week assignments in China as project demands require.

Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA or technical graduate degree a plus.
  • Language – Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and professional English is required.
  • Experience – 1-3 years in business analysis, corporate development, or operations—preferably within electronics, advanced materials, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills – Advanced Excel / financial-modeling, PowerPoint, and at least one BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Soft Skills – Exceptional cross-cultural communication, stakeholder-management, and presentation abilities. Able to juggle multiple projects, time zones, and tight deadlines.
  • Travel – Up to 50 % international and domestic travel; ability to spend multi-week periods in China as projects require.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Direct exposure to the President and executive team—your analyses will influence board-level decisions.
  • A pivotal role in shaping AIT’s next phase of global growth, especially within the world’s largest electronics market.
  • Continuous professional development in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture
