KPI Specialist - PROJXON

About the Role: 20 hrs/week 6-month program.

Responsibilities

Develop, track, and optimize KPIs across multiple departments.

Build dashboards and performance-tracking reports to support business insights.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to ensure performance metrics align with organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations, Data Science, or related field.

Experience with data analysis or performance reporting.

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

 

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

Strong statistical reasoning and data storytelling abilities.

Experience developing KPI frameworks for operations teams.
