Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews via phone, virtually, and in person to assess talent
- Review resumes and match candidates to client needs
- Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly outreach and placement goals

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, motivation, and a passion for helping people succeed
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- A competitive spirit and proven ability to hit performance targets
