Physical Therapist

Position Summary:
The PT provides comprehensive physical therapy services aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and functional movement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.

Deliver therapeutic exercises, balance training, and functional activities.

Document all treatments and resident outcomes.

Communicate with staff, residents, and families as needed.

Qualifications:

Active Florida PT license.

Strong clinical and communication skills.
