Occupational Therapist
Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents needing rehabilitation services to improve functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Perform OT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Document services in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in team meetings and care planning.
Qualifications:
Active Florida OT license.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
