PTA – Full-Time

Location: 450 North McDonald Ave, Deland, FL 32724

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support PT services and help residents reach their mobility and functional goals.

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans under PT direction.

Document resident progress and communicate with care teams.

Provide safe, ethical, and compassionate therapy services.

Requirements:

Active Florida PTA license.
