Aventura at the Bay is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapeutic services to our residents. You’ll make a meaningful impact by helping individuals regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and manage residents requiring physical rehabilitation.

Develop and implement individualized plans of care.

Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams for optimal outcomes.

Complete documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Active Florida PT license.

Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
