Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Aventura at the Bay. In this role, you’ll work alongside our OT and interdisciplinary team to support residents in regaining independence and improving daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions under OT supervision.

Assist with treatment planning and documentation.

Support resident progress toward functional goals in a skilled nursing setting.

Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care at all times.

Requirements:

Active Florida COTA license.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
