  • Monday - Friday
  • Clinic and school setting with potential for a hybrid option.
• Pay- $60,000 - $80,000 per year
• Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00

Key Point Health Services is a leading nonprofit agency serving people with behavioral healthcare needs in the Greater Baltimore area. Among the programs and services we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.

We are a private, non-profit, community mental health center accredited by CARF, and provide therapy services to a wide variety of individuals and families.

Who We Need: 

We are currently looking for a full-time Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our Dundalk team to provide school-based and clinic-based therapy services.

• The clinic is closed on weekends and there is no on call requirement for therapists. Therapy services are provided in person in local schools as well as in person in our clinic and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical social and case management services to the patients and their families. This includes the provision of individual, family, group therapies, crisis intervention, advocacy, assessment, planning, discharge planning, interdisciplinary teamwork and community liaison within the limits of privileging.
• Responsible for formulating and implementing appropriate treatment strategies for patients and their families on their assigned caseload and for timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts.

What You Need:

• LGPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT, or LCPC license in the State of Maryland.  Applicants in the process of sitting for their licensure exam and recent graduates are encouraged to apply! Key Point will also pay half the cost of anyone transferring their license to Maryland from another state.
• Pass a criminal background check/fingerprinting and preemployment drug screens.
