Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Design Coordinator to support our engineering and construction teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the engineering and construction industry. Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and deliverables.
Prepare, organize, and track submittals, RFIs, engineering packages, and project reports.
Monitor project milestones to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, internal engineering teams, and subcontractors.
Support design reviews, procurement processes, and construction planning activities.
Maintain structured and compliant project files while following internal procedures and workflows.
Assist with BIM-related coordination or document preparation when required.
Qualifications
Excellent attitude, strong work ethic, high professionalism, and strong moral values.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering OR a minimum of 2 years of Civil Engineering university studies.
International engineering experience or education is an asset.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.
Outstanding communication skills in English—speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
